cooking classes
I have been teaching simple dishes from “Cucina Romana”, the Roman cooking to small groups of visitors. They day usually starts in a market, where we shop for seasonal ingredients, and continues with unfussy and uncomplicated cooking at the studio (or very rarely, at my apartment in Rome).
My Persian cooking classes however, in the years have become a pleasant tradition, always encountered with such warm enthusiasm all over Italy. The Persian cooking class is more about wonder and surprise; the perfume of roses, the sweetness of fruit in savory dishes, the unexpected presence of yogurt, and the shocking quantity of fresh herbs.
