New persian cooking classes

I’m announcing 2 new Iranian cooking classes on 25th and 26th of February in Rome, at Latteria Studio (Monte Verde Nuovo district).

These are the last cooking classes that I’ll dedicate entirely to Iranian food in 2023/2024, because once my cookbook Pomegranates & Artichokes is published, I intend to run cooking classes, events and workshops to promote the book. Which means I’ll focus on food from Iran, the Levant and the Eastern Mediterranean and Italy, and the similarities and culinary connections between these areas.

But, here’s one last classic Persian cooking class before that moment comes. So expect lots of fresh herbs, saffron and roses.

My classes are always vegetarian and gluten-free friendly, but if you have specific requests, please let me know.

When

Choose a date between Saturday February 25th or Sunday February 26th.

Class starts at 10 am sharp and usually ends after a very late lunch (3.30/4 pm)

There are only 6 spots for each date.

What We Cook

We will cook a 5-6 course meal, starting from a little snack and ending with dessert that is accompanied by cardamom tea. The menu is always vegetarian and gluten-free friendly and can be easily adapted for vegans.
