Classic Iranian Cooking Class (Nowruz edition)

I have been teaching this classic Iranian cooking class now for years and I’m happy and proud to say that people love it. In this class we explore the basics of the food of Iran; expect saffron, (a lot of) herbs, pistachios, almonds, roses, rice and the magical tahdig (crust at the bottom) and much more. We always start with the basics, and we move on make more complex dishes, but always in a way that is replicable at home. We end with tea and something sweet.

This is a special edition for the Persian new year, Nowruz that occurs on March 21st (the first day of spring), in which we will cook some of the specialities related to this ancient holiday.
